The latest addition to Charles Pointe is a three story 58,000 sq. ft. class “A” office building known as Building 600.   Marks-Landau Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Landau Building Company, provided all of the pre-construction and construction management services. Sophisticated touches such as a marble were installed in the lobby entrance.   The building was completed with custom tenant fit-out work which included high-end finishes like hardwood floors, custom crafted paneling and crown mouldings.
