LOCATION:	Wexford, Pennsylvania

Landau Building Company was contracted to build the Huntington Bank at The Village at Pine in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Substantial completion was achieved in only four months, a month ahead of schedule. This was attributed to the utilization of prefabricated wall panels for all interior and exterior wall construction in lieu of traditional wood frame construction. The schedule was also excelerated by paving prior to plant shutdowns in the fall.  Construction began in September 2009 and was finished January 2010.
