Since building the original Mitsubishi Building located at 512 Keystone Drive, Landau Building Company has constructed two major additions to it. The most recent 21,000 square foot addition consisted of a 13,000 square foot fourth bay manufacturing space,
a 3,000 square foot shipping area and 5,000 square foot of additional Class “A” office space.
During the preconstruction phase, Landau Building Company value engineered this high tech manufacturing project. A prefabricated tilt-up wall system was used to accelerate the schedule and save money.
After many years of working with Mitsubishi, they continue to be an extremely satisfied customer and they continue to use Landau for their growth and expansion needs.
