Mitsubishi Electric recently selected Landau Building Company to renovate the former Ashten-Johnson building to accommodate the continued growth of its business. Renovations started in June 2007 and finished September 2007.
 As a design/build construction company; Landau Building Company offered the owner the benefit of value engineering the project. Cost and direction was considered throughout each step of the process. Determining the best money saving approach; while working with the owners desires are all part of the value engineering service Landau Building Company offers.
