During pre-construction of the original building, Landau Building Company was able to save Orchard Hill $5 million to bring the budget within reach. The project was attainable while maintaining all of the design and usage needs of the owner. Exceptionally high tech audiovisual equipment was installed along with an acoustical roof deck creating a state-of-the-art performance venue.
Since the original building was built in 1996, Orchard Hill outgrew its space. Landau Building Company was chosen as construction manager for the $4 million, 30,000 SF Children’s Ministry Expansion. The project included a new gymnasium, expanded lobby and more space for its children's ministry.
