Landau Building Company was contracted to build a new 15,000 SF facility for Reproductive Health Specialists in Penn Hills, PA. The design combines the functional needs of an ambulatory surgery center and a medical office building.  Included in the building are medical research laboratories, exam rooms, operating rooms and consultation offices. The exterior of the building is constructed of faux wood and stone to make it feel more like a home rather than an office. The project consisted of 13,500 SF of renovated space and a1,500 SF of additions situated on a very steep slope.

This project began in January 2010.  Extensive site work to modify the grading and maximize parking for both clients and staff needed to be done first. Despite permitting delays and record breaking snowfall in February, Landau Building Company finished on schedule.
