Having successfully built the Butler County Family YMCA in Butler, PA, Landau Building Company was also chosen to build the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA in Cranberry Township, PA. Construction began in October 2005. The project was completed in October 2006, two months ahead of schedule.
This facility is 80,000 square feet and sits on 20 acres. Amenities include an indoor aquatic center with a 25-yard, five lane pool; a family recreational pool with sprays, water jets, fountains and slides; a warm water therapy pool, a whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium, fitness center and a rock climbing wall.
