The Trilogy Medical Office Building is a partnership of three medical groups. One group is MedExpress, an urgent care facility. The second group is Tri-Rivers Orthopedics and the third is Premier Physical Therapy.

Landau Building Company built this $4.1 million 30,000 square foot facility on a fast track schedule which included an incentive clause for early completion. This project was finished in only 8 months which was 8 days before the scheduled completion date. The owner partnership was very satisfied with Landau’s performance.
