PROJECT:	New Lobby, MRI, Site Improvements and 2 Floor Renovations

Landau Building Company was contracted by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Braddock to construct a new MRI Addition and to make Site Improvements. The project consisted of a new three story addition containing a new MRI on Level A and a new two story lobby entrance on Level C.  Major site and landscape improvements including a parking lot for physicians are also completed.
Landau Building Company demolished an existing structure that was tightly sandwiched in between two buildings to make way for this new project.
Minority participation was an essential requisite for this project.
