Landau Building Company was contracted by West Virginia University Hospitals to build a new commercial Laundry Facility. This new 40,000 square foot facility located in the Morgantown Industrial Park can handle 50 million tons of laundry per year. In addition to serving WVU, the new laundry processes goods for other West Virginia hospitals: United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, St. Joseph’s in Buckhannon, Camden Clark in Parkersburg, and Jefferson and City Hospitals in the Eastern Panhandle.
This is a pre-engineered metal building that was up and operating in seven months.
“I am pleased to say that I would highly recommend your company’s service again. I myself look forward to working with you and your staff in the future.”
-Josh Clovis, Project Manager, WVUH
