The Weirton Medical Center and the architect were very pleased with Landau Building Company upon completion of this 101,000 square foot project. Tenant fit-out work was added to the original contract once the shell was complete. The square footage budget was maintained over a two year construction span despite the raising costs of labor.
Meticulous consideration to minimize disruptions of ongoing hospital operations during the construction process was given.
