Robert Morris University - Renovations to Student Housing
Landau Building Company began work on the renovation of Adams, Hamilton, Hancock, Gallatin, and Ross Halls at Robert Morris University in Moon Township. The work is anticipated to be complete by August 2009.

WVU Health Sciences Campus - Vivarium Expansion and Renovation
Landau Building Company was recently awarded a contract from WVU Health Sciences for the Vivarium Expansion and Renovation. Work will include the incorporation and renovation of existing corridors, offices, suites, miscellaneous labs and storage rooms.

UPMC Presbyterian University Hospital -Cardiac MRI
Landau Building Company began work at UPMC Presbyterian for a new Cardiac MRI on June 20, 2009 . A completion date of August 1, 2009 is anticipated.

WVUH New Laundry Facility
Landau Building Company was recently awarded a contract from West Virginia University Hospitals to build a new commercial Laundry Facility. This new 40,000 square foot facility located in the Morgantown Industrial Park will employ approximately 70 people. A projected opening date of October 2009 is anticipated.

WVUH Ruby Memorial Hospital - Eye Institute Elevator
Landau Building Company is installing an additional elevator at the Eye Institute in Ruby Memorial Hospital. The hospital will remain fully operational during the construction project. Work is ongoing.

Northside Fire Station
Landau Building Company continues construction on the Northside Fire Station in Morgantown, West Virginia. The wood trusses were designed to double as training crawl space for the firemen as well as the masonry tower will serve as a repelling training area. Currently, the MEP start ups and landscaping are being done. A July opening date is anticipated.

UPMC Presbyterian University Hospital - Outpatient Neurosurgery
Landau Building Company has completed 4 out of 9 phases of this project which includes exam rooms, office space, waiting room and receptionist area.

Heritage Valley Health System - Beaver
Landau Building Company has almost completed Phase II which includes a 45,000 square foot addition containing a new lobby, a GI Lab and a portion of the new Emergency Room. Phase III will begin September 2009 and will include the remainder of the Emergency Room and Cardio Cath. Laboratory.

Market Place at Charles Pointe
The latest addition to Charles Pointe is the Market Place which will feature six buildings with more than 230,000 square feet of office, retail and residential space. Marks-Landau Construction is providing preconstruction and construction management services. Phase I is a three story 58,000 sq. ft. class “A” office building and is complete. Preconstruction for building #200 is ongoing.

UPMC Braddock
Landau Building Company continues the MRI addition and site improvements at UPMC Braddock. A completion date of September 2009 is anticipated.

Leetsdale Industrial Park
Landau Building Company is 99% finished with the the construction of Building #900, a 54,000 square foot pre-engineered flex space office warehouse building at Leetsdale Industrial Park in Leetsdale, PA. Next Architecture is the architect of this project.

Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall
Landau Building Company has completed the work at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall. Future work to follow.
