Heritage Valley Health System - Beaver
Landau Building Company has completed Phase I which included site improvements and conditions. Phase II will begin in September 2008 and includes a 45,000 square foot addition containing a new lobby, a GI Lab and a portion of the new Emergency Room. Phase III will begin September 2009 and will include the remainder of the Emergency Room and Cardio Cath. Laboratory.

Market Place at Charles Pointe
The latest addition to Charles Pointe is the Market Place which will feature six buildings with more than 230,000 square feet of office, retail and residential space. Marks-Landau Construction is providing preconstruction and construction management services. Phase I is a three story 58,000 sq. ft. class “A” office building and is currently under construction.

Preconstruction for the anchor building which consists of approximately 700,000 square feet of office space for a single tenant along with two mixed use building has begun.

UPMC Braddock
Landau Building Company continues the MRIaddition and site improvements at UPMC Braddock. Completion is scheduled for the Spring of 2009. Landau Building Company was also awarded a contract for the renovation of 2W4W.

UMPC Presbyterian University Hospital
Phase I of the multi-phase UMPC PUH Outpatient Neurosurgery facility is under construction. Completion is scheduled for the Summer of 2009.

WVU Woodburn Hall
Landau Building Company has completed the classroom renovations at WVU Woodburn Hall in time for the students to start classes.

Robert Morris University
Landau Building Company was recently awarded a contract to renovate the Washington Dorms at Robert Morris University.

WVU Cheat Lake Clinic
Landau Building Company continues the addition to WVU Cheat Lake Clinic.

Leetsdale Industrial Park
Landau Building Company continues the construction of Building #900, a 54,000 square foot pre-engineered flex space office warehouse building at Leetsdale Industrial Park in Leetsdale, PA. A completion date for the shell is anticipated for November 2008. Next Architecture is the architect of this project.

The Y at US Steel Tower YMCA
Landau Building Company has completed the construction of a 14,000 square foot wellness facility in the lower level concourse of the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on the opening day of August 15, 2008. Steve Bishop presented a "Key to the Facility" to Greater Pittsburgh YMCA. The architect on this project is DRS Architects, Inc.

Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall
Landau Building Company continues renovation and restoration work at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall.

GRAND OPENING and RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
The Y at US Steel Tower YMCA
Landau Building Company has completed the construction of a 14,000 square foot wellness facility in the lower level concourse of the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on the opening day of August 15, 2008. Steve Bishop presented a "Key to the Facility" to Greater Pittsburgh YMCA. The architect on this project is DRS Architects, Inc.

JUST MARRIED !
Kelli Danner and Jim Fahrenhold tied the knot on August 8, 2008. Kelli is an Administrative Assistant at Landau Building Company.

BRAD KNAPIK Achieves LEED Certification
Brad Knapik recently presented the LEED Professional Accreditation Exam and passed with flying green colors. Brad has been a Project Engineer at Landau Building Company since 2004.
