The Medical Center & Personal Care Facility at Presbyterian Senior Care was established for the purpose of having superb medical treatment on the premises.
During phase one, the second floor occupational therapy area, staff conference room, a new salon and break area were renovated. The first floor was renovated to create space for staff offices and conference area.
Phase two featured a new 62,450 sq. ft. stand alone assisted living center and dementia unit. The three story facility is
comprised of 54 individual apartments, 18 dementia units, full service kitchen, dining facility and on-site medical office space.
Construction consisted of precast plank on masonry / steel frame, wood truss/shingle roof, hard-plank siding, and two-pip HW fan coil HVAC system.
