Marks-Landau Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landau Building Company, fit-out McFly Outdoors, a sporting goods store with goals to instill in people a desire to “get out there and breathe in the sense of adventure”. The store was built in the middle unit of three tenant spaces of an existing pre-engineered metal building in Morgantown, West Virginia. This 5,492 SF retail space also includes an office, fitting room, storage and restroom. Marks-Landau served as the construction manager. Once the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) was established, the project was completed in approximately 10 weeks.
