Landau Building Company was awarded a $21 million contract to build The Augusta, a two-building apartment complex containing 300 beds. Located adjacent to West Virginia University, the project incorporated a fitness facility, a courtyard with grills and a fire pit, a cafeteria, and a state-of-the art security system. Additionally, two roads with major utility infrastructure and a five-hundred-foot-long box culvert were redeveloped. The project was fast-paced and took only nine months to complete.
