Landau Building Company was the general contractor for the UPMC Horizon Shenango Campus Emergency Department Expansion. This 7,511 SF project was a six-phase renovation of the treatment area on the first floor of the three-story hospital in Farrell, PA. Work included demo then new exam and trauma rooms, nurse’s stations, supply and equipment rooms. A new roof top air handling unit was added to serve the new space. Construction was completed in less than 9 months.
