Landau Building Company built the Technology Center at Washington & Jefferson College, a unique facility located on the northeast corner of the campus. This 74,000 square foot facility is the home of the college’s Advanced Information Technology Program. Despite budgetary constraints, Landau managed to complete the building while maintaining the design integrity and functional performance of the facility. The owner was very satisfied. This spectacular building is one of the main cornerstones of the new quadrangle being developed for the college. The exterior is constructed with a granite and limestone veneer featuring a stone arched entrance. The slate roof has limestone copings, scuppers, and lintels. The limestone-faced oriels replicate the beauty of old world architecture.
