Landau Building Company was selected by CBRE, the owner’s representative for Bank of America & Merrill Lynch, to construct the new Wexford, PA, co-location on Route 19 in the Wexford Plaza. Two existing out parcels were demolished to create a site large enough for the new 5,924 SF ground-up facility. The new facility also includes a drive-through banking system and a new parking lot. Because of its location both on a busy highway and in a highly-trafficked shopping plaza, coordination with the township for any utilities or interruptions was crucial. This project was completed in 5 months.
