  • Project: Renovations to Infusion Area, Orthopedic Surgery & Endoscopy Center
  • Owner: Mon General Hospital
  • Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
  • Architect: Ewing Cole

The CON Renovation project was completed in three phases. The first phase was the renovation of the infusion area on the third floor. Work included MEP modifications and relocating the infusion area from the first floor to the third floor. The Orthopedic Surgery Center was the second phase of the project. Construction was completed in ten months and included renovation and expansion to the existing orthopedic surgical suites. During renovations, Landau created four original operating rooms reserved for orthopedic procedures. In addition, fourteen private pre-operative and post-operative rooms and requisite support areas were established in the new facility. The new Endoscopy Center was the third and final phase of the $7,000,000 project. Landau began construction in January 2012 and finished in seven months. Landau Building Company built four endoscopy rooms with seven pre-procedure and ten post-procedure rooms, along with requisite support areas. Three sterile surgical suites are now available for more appropriate and complex surgical procedures.
