Landau was selected as the General Contractor to expand the existing clean room and build a technician’s space on the first floor of the existing warehouse at Bayer’s Saxonburg, PA location. The scope of work included construction and alteration of the technician’s area, storage platform, expanded new cleanroom space and equipment platform, renovated lobby and break area, renovated selective offices, new finishes and lighting in open office space and added toilet rooms. The construction was phased.
