In 2013, Landau Building Company converted the Pittsburgh Airport Holiday Inn into the Robert Morris University Yorktown Hall student housing facility. More recently, Landau completed the Yorktown Hall Kitchenette. This was a conversion of the former hotel bar area into kitchen space for students to prepare food themselves. There are also areas to study, relax, and get together. Architect Ross Bianco has produced all the design work at Yorktown Hall.
