Landau Building Company was the general contractor for the UPMC Horizon-Shenango Medical Oncology Expansion project. This new cancer center, which is part of the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, is a 7,975 SF one-story addition that was constructed onto the front façade of the existing hospital. Included in the addition is an expanded waiting area, 17 new infusion bays, 5 new exams rooms, a nurse’s station and doctors’ offices. Construction was completed in 11 months.
